Who it is for
It fits a team whose site is already online and needs certificates and backups watched. Maintenance does not replace the design of a new section.
Boundary
These pages do not promise a response measured in hours. Hours, included edits, and fees belong in the contract. Unlisted features are not routine maintenance.
Common questions
Where do backups go?
Outside the public site directory, so they are not mixed with the pages being published. Off-site copies are stated in the contract.
What if the certificate fails to renew?
Automatic renewal is installed at launch. A failed renewal must show up in the log and be handled before the certificate expires.
Is a sentence change maintenance?
A small edit on an existing page is. A new service line or a new language for the whole site is scheduled separately.
