An export site is built so a buyer can find a page, understand the part or the process, and ask. Search setup makes the page readable to a crawler. It does not promise a position or a number of inquiries.
Being found starts with structure
Each public page needs its own title, description, and address. Categories should be real groups of parts or services, not a keyword repeated with a different ending. Internal links should reach the pages you hope will be read.
Being understood follows the business
A manufacturer shows process, lead time, and the limit of its quality claims. A trader shows coverage, how quotes work, and inspection. Specifications beat adjectives. The same layout can hold either story if the fields change.
Being willing to ask means less friction
Put the inquiry on the product or service page, with the part or the page name already filled. Ask for the company, the quantity, and the date needed. Do not make the buyer hunt for a contact page after they have decided.
Deliver a site the company can keep running
Staff should edit a page, add a part, and export inquiries. The domain and the host should be in the company’s name. A visual handover without those accounts is not an operable site.
Write the scope as a list
List the languages, the page types, the inquiry fields, and what is not included, such as advertising spend or a ranking. The list is the agreement. A slogan about “full SEO” is not.
Three page types, one job each
A category page helps someone choose a family. A product or service page answers the specification and starts the inquiry. An article answers one selection question and links to the relevant page. Pages that try to do all three become thin.
Common questions
Why are there still no inquiries after launch?
Launch only means the pages exist. Someone still has to find words buyers search, read a clear specification, and receive a real reply. Competition, the product, and later pages all affect the result.
Should a factory and a trader share a home page?
No. A factory explains process, lead time, and quality limits. A trader explains coverage, quotes, and inspection. Both can make the next step an inquiry.
What should a redesign keep?
Addresses people already visit, the product records, and content that has been inquired. List what stays and what redirects before changing the visual design.
